About Frank Hughes & Bill Clarke

Frank and Bill are experienced, knowledgeable, full-time agents, who typically rank in the top 5% of all Prudential agent teams nationwide. They are Accredited Buyer’s Representatives (ABR) with over 25 years of experience between them and well over $125 million in real estate sales in the area. Both have been designated Fine Home Specialist by Prudential Realty. They also hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, providing additional insight in helping with the housing needs of those 55 and over.

Having moved numerous times with their families, both Frank and Bill are well aware of the challenges of relocation. They work as a team, so essentially there are two agents dedicated to the sale or purchase of your home. Clients have given them positive feedback on the concept. Clients will deal primarily with one of them, while the other is available in case of illness, vacation, etc. They update each other daily on client activities, so their clients are always covered.

Frank and Bill provide their clients with a blend of business and real estate experience that is hard to find. Their clients have found that they are terrific to work with and that they have the patience, compassion, and motivation to deliver exceptional results.
